My role is to educate consumers about the true cost of output.
Most people I speak to don’t even know what equipment they are using let alone what they are paying. My role is to educating customers about the true cost of output and to scare them by showing them how much it is actually costing them. Most people think that in order to get new equipment it actually costs them more money. They could not be further from the truth. In fact I don’t want anyone to purchase office equipment from me as they are not only expensive but a big waste of money. I know that no-one ever wants to spend any more on their office equipment so my goal is to try and get new equipment into the clients office without costing them any extra per month. Most of the time I can save people money.
This model bundles the purchase of equipment, consumables and service to provide customers with a more transparent, cost effective package. That's important, because printers and copiers are not like laptops and servers. Typically, more than two-thirds of the Total Cost of Ownership of an output device comes from running costs rather than the equipment itself.
